Ans 1: No, we do not charge our customers any sales tax.

Ans 2 : A flat shipping and handling charge of US$4.99/order
applies to all orders around the world, including the US, Canada, the UK, etc. Regular delivery normally takes 7 working days.
3. How much is the shipping and handling charge for FedEx
delivery?
Ans 3: FedEx priority delivery service costs
US$17.99/order,
which
will take about 2 days. This service is available for customers in
the United States Continental and Canada (except Virgin
Islands, Puerto Rico and Northern Mariana Islands), but not for
any P.O. Box address.

Ans 7: When you check out, you can enter the coupon code
"freeship" under the "Coupon or Gift Certificate Code" section,
then you will get free shipping for your order. In case you are
unable to get free shipping after entering the coupon code,
please mention 'Apply Freeship' in the comment
section before
hitting
"Place Order". Please note
that the total amount of your
order will not reflect
that credit immediately. We will account for
the
free shipping when we charge the payment on
your
credit card.
8. I have used the freeship coupon on my new order. Can I apply the 20% discount on the same order as well?
Ans 8: The freeship coupon cannot be used with other coupons at the
same order, so please use either
one. Also, the freeship
coupon cannot be used with express delivery.

Please try the
following options:
A) Turn on
the ""All Cookies"" function in your computer. For example, if you are using
Internet Explorer, go to Tools/ Internet
Options/ Security/ Custom Level, and select
""Enable Cookies"". The shopping cart will then record all the items that you have ordered.

(B) Go ahead
to order one item first and fill in all required information. Then, immediately,
email us at

and let us know the rest of the items that you would like to order. We will
handle it from our end for you.

Ans 10: There should be two pieces of record regarding each purchase: the first one for authorization purpose and the second one represents the actual charge from CellPhoneShop. Please check with your credit card company to see whether the purchase is charged twice.
