You need to remove the inside faceplate of the cellphone first. The inside faceplate is attached to the phone with adhesive. You may heat the faceplate up (by using a hair dryer) to get the adhesive melted . Remind not to overheat or melt the faceplate . Then, you may slide the inside faceplate off.
You should find there are screws inside after you removed the inside faceplate. Please remove the screws and you may separate the front faceplate from the phone. Then , you can install the new front faceplate on. Finally, please place the inside faceplate back.
