Make sure that channel is not occupied any radio station Push the silver button in the front of the unit to turn it on. A red light will go on to indicate that your unit is on. When you receive a call, simply take the call as usual and push your preset radio button to 88.7. To make a call, turn your unit on and tune your radio to the correct radio frequency. Then simply place the call. When you finish phone calls, it is recommended that you turn off your unit. This will greatly increase the life of the battery.
